In 2021, PFG launched two personal loan pilots; one via our well recognised Vanquis brand and one via our new Sunflower brand. These pilots are in addition to our existing credit card customer personal loan offering which has been in place since 2016.

Our two pilot products are designed to target distinct customer segments based on differing affordability criteria and average credit scores – it’s an important part of PFG’s strategy to diversify our product offering and cater to customer demand.

Additionally, PFG invested in a new IT infrastructure platform to support the new Sunflower personal loan product and initial results from the loans pilots are looking very positive and lending volumes continue to rise.
